• Stripe – our payment processor, used to handle registration payments securely. Stripe is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and backs this up with Standard Contractual Clauses for any data transferred to the United States.

• Mailchimp – used to send event communications and, only with your consent, information about future CRISPRMED events. Mailchimp is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and backs this up with Standard Contractual Clauses for any data transferred to the United States.

Sharing Your Data:

Where you consent to it, your email address may be shared with official sponsors of the event, listed on the event website. Sponsors who contact you directly act as independent data controllers and are responsible for their own compliance with GDPR and applicable e-marketing rules, including providing their own opt-out mechanisms.
