The new DECODR app for CRISPR gene-editing sequence analysis
The new affordable, precise and quick app can reveal unintended mutations at the site of CRISPR gene-editing repairs. We have interviewed the key scientists behind the app, Eric Kmiec and Kevin Bloh, Jr. at Christiania Care, who developed DECODR because they needed to make sense of their own CRISPR edits. The computer program is just published in The CRISPR Journal, and a free version is available online.
