Which Protein Domain is Best for CRISPRi? A New Study Has the Answer

Researchers at Mikko Taipale's lab at the University of Toronto recently found a highly efficient repressor for CRISPRi experiments, ZIM3, which can repress gene expression far better than popular alternatives.
