Time-lapse video showing stimulated T-Cells imaged every minute for five hours. The large field of view enable scientists to monitor population dynamics, incl cell divisions. With a pixel size of 0,5µm and an optical resolution of just 1,3µm you can locate your area of interest and zoom in to follow single cells. Experiment was carried out in a customized T-flask.
